Venezuela : Nicolas Maduro investi président constitutionnel du Venezuela

Jorge Rodriguez, président de l’Assemblée nationale, a fait prêter serment ce vendredi à Nicolas Maduro Moros comme président de la République bolivarienne du Venezuela, au palais législatif.
Symboliquement, le président Maduro a prêté serment sur un exemplaire de la Constitution bolivarienne, conçue par le commandant Hugo Chavez. Jorge Rodriguez a réaffirmer la souveraineté du peuple vénézuélien.
Maduro a déclaré : «Je ferai respecter toutes les obligations de la Constitution et les lois de la République. Cette nouvelle période présidentielle sera la période de la paix, de la prospérité, de l’égalité et de la nouvelle démocratie».
Après avoir prêté serment, il a reçu l’écharpe présidentielle et le collier avec les clés du coffre où sont conservés les actes constitutionnels de la patrie de Bolivar et de Chavez.
Des mains laborieuses de Caracas ont brodé l’écharpe présidentielle que le président vénézuélien a reçu, symbole de l’union intime entre le chef de l’État et son peuple.
À la cérémonie solennelle de prestation de serment ont participé des délégations de 125 pays et organismes internationaux. La présence du président de Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel de celui du Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega, du président de la Douma russe, Viacheslav Volodin, du Premier ministre de Saint Vicente et les Grenadines, Ralph Gonsalves et du conseiller de la présidente du Honduras, l’ancien président Manuel Zelaya a été importante.
Pendant ce temps, les citoyens de Caracas et de tout le Venezuela ont rempli 10 avenues de la capitale pour exprimer leur soutien au dirigeant bolivarien et à sa gestion à la tête du pays, une nation stable avec une économie qui avance fermement, malgré les plus de 900 sanctions des États-Unis et de l’union européenne.
La prestation de serment a été conforme à l’article 231 de la Constitution de la République Bolivarienne du Venezuela qui stipule que le candidat élu dans les urnes prendra la charge de président de la République le 10 janvier de la première année de la période constitutionnelle grâce à une prestation de serment devant l’Assemblée nationale.
