Inondations en Espagne : Le plan secret de l’élite financière

Les récentes inondations en Espagne, particulièrement dans la région de Valence, ont causé des dégâts humains et matériels considérables. Cependant, au-delà des images dramatiques, une autre réalité se dessine : une stratégie financière qui pourrait profiter de cette catastrophe pour renforcer le contrôle des terres agricoles. Les inondations : un désastre agricole
Les inondations ont ravagé les terres agricoles du Pays Valencien, de la province de Murcie et de l’Andalousie, des régions surnommées «le jardin de l’Europe». Ces zones produisent une grande partie des fruits et légumes consommés en Europe. Les agriculteurs locaux réclament l’état de catastrophe naturelle, mais le gouvernement espagnol tarde à réagir.
La stratégie financière : Une OPA sur les terres agricoles
Derrière cette catastrophe, une stratégie financière se dessine. Trois semaines avant les inondations, le gouvernement espagnol a annoncé un plan de modernisation de l’agriculture en collaboration avec une entité financière, Caixabank. Ce plan vise à numériser et à rendre plus compétitive l’agriculture espagnole, mais il pourrait également servir de couverture pour une concentration des terres agricoles.
Les conséquences : une menace pour l’autonomie alimentaire
Les fonds d’investissement mondiaux voient dans les terres agricoles une valeur refuge en période d’incertitude économique. En Espagne, l’afflux d’investisseurs dans le secteur agricole a bondi de 150% entre 2021 et 2023. Cette tendance pourrait mener à une concentration des terres entre les mains de quelques entités financières, menaçant l’autonomie alimentaire de l’Espagne et de l’Europe.
