Sénégal: Macky Sall renonce à un 3ème mandat !

Le président du Sénégal, Macky Sall ne sera pas candidat à la présidentielle de 2024.
Macky Sall tient sa parole. Le président du Sénégal a annoncé qu’il ne briguera pas un troisième mandat à la tête du Sénégal. Dans son adresse à la nation ce lundi 3 juillet, le Chef de l’Etat a annoncé qu’il ne se représentera pas à la présidentielle de 2024.
«Ma décision, longuement réfléchie, est de ne pas être candidat » à l’élection présidentielle du 25 février 2024, « même si la Constitutionnelle m’en donne le droit », a déclaré Macky Sall. Le successeur d’Abdoulaye Wade assure qu’il tiendra parole et affiche sa volonté de respecter la constitution du Sénégal qui prescrit deux mandat constitutionnels.
