Ingénieur Jacky Samuel, ancien candidat député pour la première circonscription de Port-de-Paix, lève le voile sur un collègue impliqué dans une série de projets illusoires, où la construction laisse à désirer. Dans un monde où les promesses de béton se heurtent à la réalité du désastre, il tire la sonnette d’alarme pour dénoncer ces constructions frauduleuses qui portent atteinte à l’intégrité de leur profession.
Ing Jacky Samuel s’oppose aux assertions d’Ing Angelo Oracius, selon lesquelles l’achèvement des projets dans le Nord’Ouest est entravé par des difficultés logistiques.
Ing Jacky soutient plutôt que la source des retards réside dans des problèmes d’organisation sur le terrain, un manque de planification adéquate et des lacunes en matière de compétence professionnelle. En support de son argumentation, il mentionne les travaux réalisés au niveau La Belle Place ainsi que d’autres projets similaires qui n’ont pas atteint les standards attendus, indiquant ainsi une problématique plus profonde que de simples obstacles logistiques.
