La Russie envisage de créer des centres de transport et de logistique, des parcs industriels et d’autres infrastructures en Afrique, en Asie du Sud-Est et en Amérique Latine afin de réorienter les exportations de produits non énergétiques vers les marchés des pays amis, rapporte Izvestia citant le ministère de l’industrie et du commerce de Russie.
Le cabinet des ministres de Russie prévoit de prolonger le projet national «Coopération internationale et exportation» jusqu’en 2030, selon la réponse du gouvernement au rapport de la Douma d’État, qui a été lue par la rédaction. Le service de presse du gouvernement a confirmé cette information.
Il est précisé que le projet national renouvelé vise toujours les produits non énergétiques : approvisionnement en produits agricoles, produits industriels – produits chimiques, engrais, pierre, fer et acier, métaux non ferreux et précieux. Le volume de financement du projet national n’a pas encore été défini, mais il proviendra toujours du budget fédéral.
Le ministère de l’Industrie et du Commerce de la Fédération de Russie a indiqué que la version actualisée du projet visait à réorienter les exportations de produits non énergétiques et non liés aux ressources vers des marchés des pays amis et à permettre l’accès à de nouveaux États. Les pays d’Afrique, d’Asie du Sud-Est et d’Amérique Latine sont cités parmi les directions prometteuses.
Les principales mesures prises par les autorités russes comprennent la création de centres de transport et de logistique, de parcs industriels et d’autres infrastructures dans les pays amis, le «déploiement» des couloirs internationaux prioritaires de transport et de logistique (CITL) – la route maritime du Nord et le couloir Nord-Sud, ainsi que les CITL vers l’Amérique Latine et l’Afrique, a déclaré le ministère de l’industrie et du commerce.
L’African Initiative a rapporté précédemment que la Russie envisageait la possibilité de créer des ports en Afrique afin d’organiser le trafic de marchandises avec les pays du continent. Le Sénégal, partenaire de la Russie en Afrique de l’Ouest, figure parmi les pays où le port pourrait être construit.
